Pharmacy Weight Loss Corbridge is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Corbridge, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight management services, including the supply of prescription and non-prescription treatments following appropriate clinical assessment.

All prescription treatments are issued only following a satisfactory online consultation reviewed by one of our registered prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK law and GPhC standards. You must provide accurate, truthful information. Providing false information to obtain medication is a criminal offence and may endanger your health.
We may request additional information, supporting documentation, or a referral to your GP at our discretion. Our clinical team may withdraw treatment at any time if it is deemed clinically inappropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been approved and your prescription issued by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made to UK addresses only.
Delivery timescales are provided as estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging in compliance with legal requirements for the supply of medicines.
You may cancel an order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety guidelines.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
